▶ Is there any cost for the organizer?
No. Under the risk-free model, once I review and approve the proposal, I cover the photography costs. My return comes from individual photo sales.
▶ What types of activities can be photographed?
Sporting events, classes, training sessions, gatherings, performances, and other activities involving participants or an audience. Each proposal is evaluated individually.
▶ Are people required to purchase the photos?
No. Purchasing is completely optional. Each person chooses and buys only the images they want.
▶ How do people find their photos?
The images are made available in an online gallery. Facial recognition helps each person quickly find their photos, and purchased images are delivered in high resolution.
▶ Does the organization receive photos for promotional use?
Promotional photos, specific images, the number of photos, and the delivery timeframe must be agreed upon in advance. This service may be included in the proposal or booked separately.
▶ Is there a minimum number of participantes?
There is no single minimum number that applies to every situation. Feasibility depends on the number of participants, duration, location, and type of activity. When coverage funded through individual photo sales is not suitable, I can offer another pricing option.
